  • Body assessment: we will asses your posture for any muscular imbalances and check your body composition ( body fat percentage, circumference, BMI and BMR)
  • Functional screen: tests will show the current range of movement around your major joints, the strength of the main muscle groups, level of coordination, balance and any other issues in biomechanics. 
  • Diet: we offer guidance and diet plans for specific goals.
